Class Of 2027 Senior Rep Program
AN INCREDIBLE SENIOR YEAR EXPERIENCE
My Senior Rep Team is a group of Class of 2027 senior girls that I will work with throughout their senior year. If selected, each Senior Rep will book their own Senior Session with me and will also be included in 3 exclusive styled group sessions throughout the year. During these sessions, we'll capture group photos and individual portraits.
These photoshoots are a fun way to get to know the other reps, make new friends, and create unique images for your #SeniorSunday posts, social media, and senior year memories.
As a Senior Rep, your job is to represent Jess Hernandez Photo throughout your senior year and help spread the word about my business through social media and word of mouth. Together, we'll create unforgettable memories while celebrating your final year of high school!

INCLUDED IN THE SENIOR REP EXPERIENCE
A Welcome Team Meet & Greet Photoshoot to kick off your senior year experience
2026 Summer or Fall Session
This session will be the equivalent of my full senior session, which is one hour in length and includes up to 1 outfit and
5 Individual and 20 group shots + fully edited images that you will receive through an online gallery, free for you to download/share all your photos!
Winter Holiday Party
In December (final date TBD based on everyone’s schedules), we will have a holiday party to celebrate Christmas and the halfway mark of senior year. This will include dinner, a gift exchange, and more!
2027 Spring Senior Rep Group Session
This will be a styled session in the Spring where we will get all the reps together for a one-hour group session that includes one outfit.
Spring Cap & Gown Session
This will be another one-hour session that will include both group and individual pictures. There will be two outfits: one for the cap and gown, as well as one to highlight your college or post-high school path.
Graduation Celebration
In May, there will be one final get-together with all the senior reps to celebrate the fun moments and accomplishments of senior year.
SENIOR REP RESPONSIBILITIES
If selected, Senior Reps agree to:
• Attend all required group sessions
• Use Jess Hernandez Photo as their exclusive professional senior photographer during the program year
• Post and share images from their sessions on all social media throughout the year
• Tag Jess Hernandez Photo when sharing images, occasionally story & post
• • Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional presence both online and in person, as you are representing Jess Hernandez Photo throughout the Senior Rep program.
• Help spread the word by encouraging friends who would be a great fit to apply
Hair and makeup are required for all sessions. I’ll help with styling, posing, and creative direction.
INVESTMENT
The full Senior Rep Experience is valued at $4,000.
As a selected Class of 2027 Senior Rep, your investment is $1,000 — only $200 more than a standard senior session, with significantly more included. A $200 non-refundable retainer upon acceptance into the program. The remaining balance can be split into three easy payments. The remaining three payments are due in September, October, and February. This is the only payment or fee associated with the Senior Rep Program, and it covers everything: all group shoots, your personal 1-hour senior session.

Acceptance into the program is limited and not guaranteed.
Applications will be reviewed carefully. Selected applicants may be contacted for a short Zoom interview before final decisions are made. This program is intended for seniors who are excited to participate, engage with the team, and represent Jess Hernandez Photo positively and professionally throughout their senior year.
Please make sure a parent or guardian is aware that you are applying. If selected, a parent or guardian will be contacted before acceptance into the program.

WHAT AM I REQUIRED TO DO AS A REP?
Requirements are formally listed in the application. Please review them before applying.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT REQUIREMENT?
I require a $250 non refundable retainer at the time the contract is sent. The retainer goes towards the overall value of the program and secures your spot as a Class of 2027 senior rep! The remaining is split into 3 payments.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN YOUR REPS?
I choose individuals who love beautiful, timeless photos that capture the true joy and emotions of a moment! However, I prioritize individuals who are fun, comfortable in front of the camera, and spontaneous!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
Per hour of shooting, you are guaranteed 5 Individual and 20 group+ images. I promise you will have plenty to choose from. Studio is 5 professionally retouched images. Outdoor 25+
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?
All edited images will be delivered through an online gallery that will enable you to easily download/share all your photos from your device.
HOW CAN I EARN SENIOR REFERRAL PERKS?
For each person who books under your name, you will gain a point towards a special perk. Special perks can include gifts, bonus photo sessions with your friends, extra pictures or printed/framed pictures, and more!
